When do we reship or refund:
- If your package did not arrive 30 days after it was shipped to the correct address
- If you received a product damaged in transit
- If the quality of the product does not equal the original pictures you used
- If the borders were not cut in a satisfactory manner
It is important to note that in any of the above cases you can choose between having your photo-album or photos reprinted and sent a second time at our expense
